How I work: My goal is to create a safe and empathetic space for you to explore aspects of yourself and create the change you are looking for. I aim to serve as a trustworthy, nonjudgmental resource for you to work through life’s challenges and foster growth. With the knowledge that each person is unique, I encourage my clients to collaborate with me in our treatment goals and serve as the expert of their own experience. I utilize an integrative approach with aspects of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychoeducation.
