Dr. Jamie Bailey, DSocSci, LCPC, LPCMH, NCC

Director of Clinical Services

Bio: I began my journey in mental health during my undergraduate studies, eager to

learn and help others. Much of my clinical identity has always focused on creating an

open, collaborative, safe space at eye level. I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology,

a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, and a doctorate in prevention

science, where my area of focus was the mental health effects of Facebook and

Instagram on young adults. I have worked with various populations, including

behavioral health hospitals, substance misuse inpatient facilities, school-based

wellness programs, outpatient services, and private practice. Years of experience

facilitating group and individual therapy sessions, clinical huddles, and case

consultations in various settings have helped me develop a keen intuition and an

understanding of operations, marketing, and clinical leadership. Flexibility is one of the

most valuable tools I’ve learned to utilize in training and assisting others. I genuinely

enjoy my work, which shows in the way I care for people. I am often told that I am easy

to talk to, and I can only attribute that to remaining grounded in being a human first.

Fun facts about me: I attended a performing arts high school as a classically trained

vocalist. As a former barista, I love drinking coffee and exploring new shops for a

macchiato and lemon cake. My favorite flower is the sunflower because it always

faces the sun. I also enjoy gardening, relaxing in hammocks, and dining at restaurants.
