My approach is founded in Relational Cultural theory and I also incorporate techniques from various theories such as Person-Centered, solution-focused, and attachment theories to allow a more comprehensive and flexible approach to best suit your needs.

Fun facts about me: I am a Latina with Salvadoran ancestry. I minored in photography during my undergrad. My favorite season is Fall. In my free time, I love reading good books, watching movies, building Lego sets, and spending time with loved ones.
