KAP

At this time, Danielle is only accepting new clients for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)  in-office, located in Frederick, MD. Insurance is not accepted but if you have out of network benefits, we can provide a superbill to receive reimbursement.

Pricing for services is as follows:

Initial Intake(60-90 mins): $185

*If you are cleared for the use of Ketamine after our intial intake, you will then be scheduled for a comprehensive medical intake with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. There is always a chance that you will not be cleared for the use of Ketamine and this is for your safety which is my priority. If you are not cleared, we will discuss the next steps together.*

Preparation Session (50 mins): $170

Ketamine Dosing Session (2-3 hours) $500

Integration Session (50 mins): $170

I collaborate with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who will conduct a comprehensive medical intake and once you are cleared, she will prescribe you the Ketamine to bring into our dosing session. If you have insurance that is accepted by the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, your medical evaluation will be fully covered.

This is the required sequence for each individual:

Google Screening Form > Initial Intake > Medical Intake > Preparation Session > KAP Dosing Session > Integration Session

Generally, people find higher success in KAP treatment when they do more than one KAP session. This will depend on your individual goals and intentions that we will discuss and develop together. For every KAP session completed, an integration session will need to be held following it. Usually, integration is held in between 1-3 days after the KAP dosing session. Integration sessions can be held virtually.
