How I work: Both personally and professionally, I approach life with authenticity. My intent is to come to each session embodying sincerity, kindness, and care with the hope of providing a safe space for you to address your concerns. You can expect me to be culturally sensitive, trustworthy, and nonjudgmental. Therapeutically, I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to best address your individual needs.
