How I work: As a person-centered therapist, I believe you hold the key to your solutions, and my role is to be a supportive facilitator in your journey. Using a blend of psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) modalities, I help you to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, guiding you towards self-compassion and a deeper understanding of yourself and others. Being trauma-informed and working from a multiculturally responsive framework, I approach therapy with sensitivity and cultural humility. I recognize the gravity environmental and societal factors have on mental health and overall well-being, and the impact they can have on your experience of the world.
