How I work: As a mental health counselor, I take a collaborative and holistic approach. Recognizing personal growth as an ongoing and evolutionary process, I am committed to partnering with you to create a meaningful therapeutic experience. My practice incorporates humanistic, behavioral, and evidence-based techniques, thoughtfully tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

Specialties:  I work well with clients who are experiencing anxiety/depression, life transitions & challenges, family/relationship struggles, addiction recovery/co-occurring disorders, retirement/aging, LGBTQIA + concerns

Out of network fee: $125 for 50 min sessions

Fun facts about me: I grew up in a military household, then married someone who chose a military career so I have lived all over the country. I grew up primarily along the Gulf Coast, enjoy college football (Roll Tide!) and grilling on nice weekends.
