How I work: My goal is to help you process trauma and unpleasant emotions in a healthy way, so you can live your life free of chronic stress, anxiety, depression and pain. I am authentic, trustworthy, and nonjudgmental. I use an integrative approach am dedicated to providing support for my clients based on their unique circumstances and needs. I strive to be culturally competent and continuously work to be an active ally to BIPOC and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Fun facts about me: I love writing in my spare time and hope to one day publish a book of short stories. I enjoy learning and am taking classes in ASL and Spanish. I enjoy building Lego sets for relaxation and I love nothing more than spoiling my puppy every single day!
